POLYCOL® CROSSOVER is a medium high viscosity, pre-sensitized SBQ-photopolymer emulsion for printing with plastisol, UV-curable and mild solvent-based ink systems. Excellent resolution and very good mesh bridging combined with great exposure latitude make it suitable for fine detail and 4-color process printing. POLYCOL® CROSSOVER develops quickly and easily. Its medium high viscosity provides good coating ability on all common mesh counts used for garment printing. POLYCOL® CROSSOVER does not suffer from “solvent lock”, a phenomenon commonly associated with many pre-sensitized emulsions used for garment printing, which makes it easy to reclaim. The exposure time of POLYCOL® CROSSOVER is about four times faster than diazo and “dual cure” emulsions.
POLYCOL S is a blue, solvent and UV resistant SBQ emulsion formulated for graphics printers. POLYCOL S provides all the great features of our #1 selling dual cure emulsion KIWOCOL POLY-PLUS S – outstanding resolution, edge definition, and mesh bridging, combined with excellent exposure and processing latitude. POLYCOL S, however, is a one-component, pre-sensitized emulsion with a one-year pot life and exposure speeds 3-4 times faster than dual-cure emulsions. This product reclaims easily and is a great choice for large format printers.

With built-in degreasers, it eliminates the need for an additional product in the reclaim process and is non-hazardous, non-caustic, and RSL compliant for major brands.
EasiStrip Supra One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover is designed to dissolve plastisol inks and remove emulsion from the screen printing mesh at the same time. This product is for use in a dip tank for superior time and chemical savings. EasiStrip Supra is an ultra-concentrated liquid designed to be mixed with water 1:7 while remaining homogenous. With EasiStrip SUPRA, textile screens can be cleaned for pennies by combining many of the cleaning processes into one.
Workplace-approved, 100% active, odor-free plastisol ink remover that can be used at the press and in the reclaim area. It cuts ink quickly and dries rapidly for on-press color changes, screen opening, or saved screens. Additionally, it serves as a screen opener replacement and can be used in a parts washer. The cleaner has a high flash point and is non-flammable, with a pleasant citrus scent.
